Use this key when fine tuning your cars Suspension. If you find a comfortable baseline or setting that works really well, create a save an an lable it "Baseline 1","baseline 2", etc, etc. The best way to tune a vehicle is to do it from the, "Test Drive" located from the "Upgrade" section. Select the type of course you plan to run the car on. Also have a basic idea of what you want the car to be able to do. (Be realistic, a Dodge Challenger is not going to be as nimble as say a Silvia) If you drove the car to level 4 like you were supose to you should know what your car needs an what is its weaknesses and it shouldn't cost you anything.



In General If the Car is Pushing ( Feels tight or understeering in general)

  • Increase Rear Spoiler
  • Lower Front Tire Pressure
  • Increase Rear Damper setting
  • Raise Rear Tire Pressure
If the car Pushes while entering a corner...
  • Lower Front Tire Pressure
  • Soften front Damper Settengs
  • Raise Rear tire Pressure
  • Stiffen Rear Dampers
If the car Pushes while Exiting the corner...
  • Lower Front Tire Pressure
  • Soften Front Dampers
  • Raise Rear Tire Pressure
  • Stiffen Rear Dampers
If the car is Loose in general (oversteering)...
  • Increasing Rear Spoiler
  • Lower Rear Dampers
  • Lower Rear Tire Pressure
  • Raise Front Tire Pressure
If the car is Loose entering the corner...
  • Raise Front Tire Pressure
  • Stiffen Front Dampers
  • Soften Rear Tire Pressure
  • Soften Rear Dampers
If the car is Loose exiting the corner...
  • Raise Front Tire Pressure
  • Stiffen Front Dampers
  • Lower Rear Tire Pressure
  • Soften Rear Dampers
  • Taller Gearing
Low Speed in Corner...
  • Adjust Front camber
  • Raise Tire Pressure overall
Low Speed in the Straights...
  • Taller High Gear
  • Taller Final Drive
  • Lower Spoiler Pressure overall
  • Raise Tire Pressure
Wheel Lock or in Forza Caster (driver Preference) controls cars rotation or turning radius...
  • Large Ovals an Drag... More Caster
  • Road Courses and Technical Tracks Less Caster
Car bounces while braking...
  • Soften Front Dampers
  • Reduce Brake Pressure
  • Adjust Brake Balance
Poor Acceleration lack of power
  • Lower Final Drive
  • Lower Gearing
As a side note Front Bump an Front Rebound should be kept as close as possible, as well as the Rear Bump an Rear Rebound. Alway handle these sttings as groups except when making fine adjusmets to grip at whih point you should remember that front Dampers control the rear Tire Traction an the Rear controls the front.


Always remember make a small adjustment an then drive the car to see how it feels, adding benchmark saves as needed. Tuning takes patence but can mean the diffrence between a good time an a great lap time. Tuning is a part skill an part fine art. but if you use this key I believe you will have the tools to get you start on molding a car to your will on the track.
